Do I need to contact you before selecting a service?

Yes. Since every project is unique, it is recommended to get in touch beforehand. This allows us to discuss your needs, preferred style, and the most suitable service for your project. Do you start a project without references?

No. To ensure accurate, high-quality results, clear references and detailed project information are required before starting.

What information do I need to provide?

Once the service is selected, we will request all necessary information, including plans, design references, materials, and any specific instructions.

Are 3D models included in the service?

Yes. All services include basic 3D modeling according to the selected package, unless you provide your own 3D model.

Can I provide my own 3D model?

Yes. If you provide a complete and clean 3D model, the visualizations will be developed based on that model. The service will focus on materials, lighting, and rendering.

Do you include furniture and decor?

Basic furniture is included according to the selected service. Custom, branded, or highly detailed furniture is not included unless previously agreed upon.

What does the environment include?

All services include basic ambient lighting, which may include natural or artificial light, sky or HDRI, and realistic reflections. Detailed exterior views, landscaping, or architectural context are not included unless added as an extra.

What is considered a revision?

A revision is any change requested to the render after the initial delivery. This includes minor adjustments such as lighting, materials, colors, or small composition changes. Major layout changes, redesigns, or new concepts are not included and may require an additional fee.

Can I request changes after the final delivery?

Minor changes are accepted within the number of revisions included in the service. Any request outside the original scope will require a custom proposal.

Do you offer unlimited revisions?

No. Revisions are limited according to the selected service. Additional changes may be reviewed and quoted separately.
